Katelyn's Birthday

Happy 8th Birthday for Katelyn! We are so excited for this birthday. In a few weeks Katelyn will be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is so excite to follow Christ's example and make that big step forward in life. Her birthday was on the 9th of Feb. Her dad woke her up and had breakfast tacos from the Cabana waiting for her. We ate those, opened presents, and sent her off to school. Next, Jack, Jordan, and mom met her for lunch at school and brought treats up for the class. Later that night she went to gymnastics, and then we went to Chuck-E-Cheese (mom's favorite place to be :), and then had birthday cheesecake. Yum, Yum....everyone loved! Great Day! We love you Katelyn and are so proud of your beauty and the choices you are making to become a Beautiful Daughter of God!

American Girl Dolls

Santa brought Abby and Katelyn American Girl Dolls for Christmas. Abby got "Kit" and Katelyn got the girl of the 2008 "Mia." They have had lots of fun with their dolls. Apparently Mia is very flexible...wish I could do the splits!

Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve at Seaworld

So...I have been really bad with the blog. So, my new goal is to do a post a day for a week. Hopefully I can get you all updated from a a few months ago. We were able to visit SeaWorld a few time before it closed until March. Abby's friend Kalei came to visit and we were able to go with her to SeaWorld. The one day we decided to feed the dolphins. The boys get scared so they just throw the food in the tank. The girls enjoy it a little more and try to pet them while they feed them. It is so nice to have SeaWorld so close. We can see it from the windows in our house!! It will be really fun in the summer...once it is warm...and the water park is open!

The girls are on this ride called the "Journey to Atlantis"

Jordan, Jack, Olivia, Teegan

A new friend in the neighborhood

We saw a diamondback rattle snake just up the street from our house. Do you like it Grandma Brenda?

Jack and the Tree and Bye, Bye Binkie

So, the night that Jordan and Brandon went to the Spurs game Jack misplaced his binkie. I looked all night for it and finally told him it was lost. I wasn't about to go out and buy a new one that night. So, Jack has been really good and has been without out a binkie for over a week. Yes!!! It is gone. Well, I was telling my sister two nights ago that he had been without the binkie for over a week and that it was still lost. I told her it would show up sometime and that we had to make sure Jack didn't see it because he had been without it so long. Well, exactly an hour after I talked to Emily (luv ya!) I started to take down our Christmas tree. Guess what I found??? You got it!!! I found the binkie high in the branches where Jack threw it. We also found an old cell phone, a ball, a crayon, and a dirty sock. I guess we will just let Jack decorate the tree next year!!! What a two year old!!! But, thank goodness the binkie went bye, bye!

Tim Duncan's citizenship award goes to.... Jordan Tourtillott

So after being in school for three weeks Jordan's teacher awarded him with the Tim Duncan citizenship award. He won a ticket to the Spurs game. So, of course, Brandon had to get him the gear and take him to the game. We are real proud of Jordan and his kindness to others!! Good Job!!

I Spy

I Spy Jack's dirty sock in the Christmas tree...do you see it??? He threw it in there!!!

Look really close!!!

Look at little closer!

Yep, there it is!!!
