A Day at the Zoo

So, Brandon decided to take leave and he checked the kiddos out of school and we all went to the zoo for the day. We had such a great time. At the end we decided to take a few funny pictures with different poses....so here they are:

Jack Attacks.......the Recycling Bin

Are you thirsty Jack? Yes...that is Jack....seeing if there are a few drops left in an empty Soda Bottle that I had placed in the Recycling Bin. To bad mom had washed it out already...if you got any drops...they are drops of water! What a boy!

HAIL...to San Antonio

So the other night...wow...scared the tar out of me. Brandon was off playing basketball at the church. I just had put Jack down and the girls were reading in the bed. Then all of a sudden I start hearing these noises...thought was Jack up playing....then thought "what in the world is he doing?"....then thought "oh my gosh, the house is crumbling down"....then finally was brave enough to open the door to witness a quick hail storm strollin' through town after a beautiful day of 80* weather. How fun was that!! Luckily the cars weren't damaged and it didn't effect "The Biggest Loser" (go blue team!) I had recording on T.V. All is well...but here is a little bit of hail from San Antonio!
Brrrrrrrrr....it is cold!

Katelyn's Birthday

Happy 8th Birthday for Katelyn! We are so excited for this birthday. In a few weeks Katelyn will be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is so excite to follow Christ's example and make that big step forward in life. Her birthday was on the 9th of Feb. Her dad woke her up and had breakfast tacos from the Cabana waiting for her. We ate those, opened presents, and sent her off to school. Next, Jack, Jordan, and mom met her for lunch at school and brought treats up for the class. Later that night she went to gymnastics, and then we went to Chuck-E-Cheese (mom's favorite place to be :), and then had birthday cheesecake. Yum, Yum....everyone loved! Great Day! We love you Katelyn and are so proud of your beauty and the choices you are making to become a Beautiful Daughter of God!
---love mom and dad
